Email or call our direct line to reach Sarah Jenkins who will put you in contact with an Account Executive or go to our Team page under “About Us” to reach an Account Executive directly!

Our Account Executive’s vast knowledge of the area in addition to impression counts and dwell times will help you to choose the best assets for your business.

We have two full time, talented designers on staff who will work with you to capture your main strategies and goals and translate that into a brilliant design! You can send any art assets you have, i.e. logo, directly to your Account Executive, they’ll be sure to hand it over to the creative department.

The Creative team will provide design options based on your goals and best design practices for you to review. At this stage you may make any comments or changes.

Signature approval of creative proofs and/or written approval is required prior to posting.

The creative team will send a print ready file to the printer. The printer will send back proofs for the creative team and for you to approve. Upon approval, production begins!

The print company will ship the vinyl to Coastal Outdoor.

Once the vinyl is received, our Operations Crew will install your new bulletin and your Account Executive will send you a proof of performance photo!

*Upon contract approval and receipt of creative assets, artwork and production may take up to 3 weeks dependent upon extensions and embellishments.

We have two full time, talented designers on staff who will work with you to capture your main strategies and goals and translate that into a brilliant design! You can send any art assets you have, i.e. logo, directly to your Account Executive, they’ll be sure to hand it over to the creative department.

The Creative team will provide design options based on your goals and best design practices practices for you to review. At this stage you may make any comments or changes.

Just like that! The team uploads your artwork into the system and in minutes your design(s) will be displayed on your contracted displays! Ain’t technology grand! Your Account Executive will send you a proof of performance photo after posting.

*Upon contract approval and receipt of creative assets, the creative process may take as long as 1 week or as little as 1 hour!

The Cherry on Top

When it comes time for the creative process to begin, the creative team may encourage you to explore embellishments and extensions. Coastal Outdoor partners with the most reputable vendors to deliver these quality products which catch the eye and set you apart from your competitors. Production and shipping can take as little as 5 days and as many as 10, depending upon the complexity of extensions and embellishments. This means it will be imperative for the creative time to provide you with artwork in a timely fashion and your feedback and approvals will need to be timely as well. Your Account Executive will tell you the date creative must be finalized in order to meet your contract start date. Coastal Outdoor partners with the most reputable vendors to deliver the most quality products.
